Georgian Healthcare Group Increases its Capital By 30 million

Capital of Georgian Healthcare Group is grown by 30 million after listing at London Stock Exchange.

Respectively, the announced capital of the company is determined by 130 million, which is divided into 130 million shares and cost on per share amounts to 1 GEL.

In addition, emission of new 6,24 million shares has been made within the frame of announced capital, which has been totally acquired by the shareholder of the company Georgian Healthcare Group.

Placement value on per share is determined by 8.83 GEL, from which the paid-in-capital will be filled by 1 GEL, while the remained should be reflected in the emission capital of 7,83 GEL.

The capital increase was made by the second part of revenues gained as  result of implemented IPO.

To remind, the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Georgian Healthcare Group’ shares has been made at London Sock Exchange early in November.
