Furniture of Georgian production will appear on domestic market in December 2016. Woodmaster company director Kakhaber Jvarsheishvili told the Commersant that, initially, all sorts of furniture will be produced and the products will be sold on domestic market.
The plant launched operation in test regime two months ago. Serial production will start in 2 years. Construction-repair works are also underway and the works will end in 2 years, Jvarsheishvili said.
As to future plans, WoodMaster director noted that there is much interest in Europe. “We have introduced our products to potential clients and European partners have showed much interest’, Jvarsheishvili noted.
As reported, WoodMaster company has taken part in Produce in Georgia state program in 2016. Namely, National Property Agency handed over a 12 595 square meter land plot to the company at symbolic price.
The company will invest total of 1 793 000 GEL in production.
