Estonian Businessman: Georgia Lacks for Qualified Workforce

Estonian businessman Oleg Osinovski says that a lack of qualified workforce is one of the key challenges in business sector. This deficiency was especially evident several years ago, but the situation is improved stage by stage.

“I would say that unqualified staff is the key problem. Regretfully, we have to invite professionals from Estonia or other countries. We faced this problem when implementing our first project – Kintrishi HPP construction. However, the situation is improved and there are companies, which have realized this factor. The processes are developed at high paces and in 3-5 years the country will have competitive companies”, Oleg Osinovski said.

The Estonian businessman makes investments in power sector and is one of the main instructors of Georgia’s first international golf-club.
