Partnership Fund considers project of Ytong’s energy efficient block.
Partnership Fund, Georgian company “Ytong Caucasus” and German company “Xella” work jointly on a project of 13,5 million.
Construction of the plant is planned at the nearby area of Tbilisi. According to the project, construction of the plant should be finished until the end of 2016, while the first certified project should be manufactured by the beginning of 2017.
The Fund declares, that Ytong’s energy efficient block has a construction meaning. This is high technology innovative product, which coincides to European building standards and the materials are environmentally friendly.
According to the obtained exclusive license rights, part of the product will be sold in Georgia, while the remained share should be exported in Azerbaijan, Armenia and South part of Russia.
Nino Cholokashvili, chief investment office of Investment Department at Partnership Fund declares, that Ytong’s energy efficient block has numerous advantages comparing to the other construction materials, which energy efficiency is 5 times better than ordinary concrete block. However, energy efficient block is more light and makes it possible to reduce significantly the number of fittings used in the construction of buildings. It will accelerate construction process as well”.
The project is under discussion and negotiations are being held among the partners by now.
