A new production line is already opened in the first bottling factory, which belongs to the Italian company CFT.
The new line, which will bottle Borjomi in aluminum jars of 0.33 liter, fully responds to the modern standards and is equipped with technological innovation. The company has implemented an innovative project based on 5 million reinvestments.
The company Borjomi creates a new standard for mineral water marketing on the international market.
“Today we have seen and opened a new product line, which will bottle Borjomi in aluminum jars. It is difficult to call Borjomi innovative, but supply and marketing of this product is absolutely innovative. It is not necessary to explain what company Borjomi means for Georgian export or economy and we are confident that this new product will assist both the success of the company as well as the Georgian export”, – Giorgi Gakharia, Minister of Economy said.
According to Zaza Kikvadze, General Director of IDS Borjomi Georgia, the main direction of the company’s strategy is to implement innovative projects, one of which is innovative packaging of Borjomi.
“Aluminum packaging is targeted at the audience of 20 to 30 years,” said Zaza Kikvadze, who believes that this innovation will enable the company to reach even more customers.
