Beeline Sues State Tender Commission

Court trial against State Tender Commission will start in June 2017. The first sitting will be held on June 14, Beeline representatives told Business Course.

Beeline has sued against State Tender Commission decision, under which the company was disqualified from consolidated tender. Namely, Beeline intended to participate in state procurement deal and supply telecommunication services to Government.

Under the tender commission decision, Beeline was disqualified from the tender under the pretext of violation of tended conditions. Beeline does not agree with the commission decision. Later, Magti and Geocell won the repeatedly appointed tender.

The first sitting hat was scheduled for April 23 was postponed.
