Armenia Airline Founded by Georgian Businessman Operated its First Flight to Tel-Aviv

The recently-established Armenia airline operated its first flight to Tel-Aviv, Israel, on April 21.

The scandal involving Armenia airline has escalated in the local  media. The creation of the new carrier by Tamaz Gaiashvili, a founder of the Georgian airline Airzena, and the Georgian citizen Robert Oganesyan  has caused the big resonance in the Armenian media outlets.

As they reported, the Prime Minister of Armenia owns 50% stake in the company, however, Gaiashvili denied the PM’s involvement t with the company.
