Arab company RAKIA, one of the largest investors in Georgia, is selling part of its assets in Georgia, particularly its real estate.

Rakia’s corporate interests are represented by COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL Georgia, which offers extensive services in asset management for commercial real estate and properties.

RAKIA is selling nine assets in throughout Georgia, including Tbilisi, Batumi, Poti, Gonio and Vardzia.

Rakia Georgia and Rakeen Development have invested over 300 million Dollars in Georgia. Among other assets, the Company owns Tbilisi Mall and Sheraton.
