Airzena Founder Buys Privatization Building on Rustaveli Avenue for 2.660 million GEL

Government of Georgia has sold a building on Rustaveli Avenue, in Tbilisi, that was put out for privatization.

The last floor of the building with the status of culture heritage on Rustaveli Avenue N28 was sold for 2.660 million GEL.

The space was bought by Airzena founder Tamaz Gaiashvili. The real estate of 1025.34 square meters is located in opposite side of State Opera.

State Property National Agency has also put out the fourth floor for auction.
