Ukrainian media reports, Yanair will not operate the regular flights to Georgia at least until March 28,2015.
A representative of the air company in Georgia Amiran Abesade explains to commersant.ge, Yanair will stop Kiev-Batumi flights on 22 November, while Tbilisi-Kiev flight has not been performed from October 16.
According to Asabadze, to do business in this country is no longer attractive due to Ukraine’s political crisis and the devaluation of the national currency, so the number of passengers in Ukrainian direction has decreased dramatically. As a result, Ukraine International Airlines has reduced a frequency of flights from 14 to 10 a week.

Airline Yanair entered the Georgian market in early 2014 and operated Kiev- Tbilisi and Kiev-Batumi flights.
Yanair was founded in 2012, the airline started to fulfill regular and charter flights since 2013.
