Adjaristsqali Georgia executive director Roni Solberg attended the inauguration of small family enterprises and presentation of the project results in the Khulo and Shuakhevi municipalities.
“We aim at promoting long-term development of highland Ajara Region. The objective of all projects is to create new job places and improve the living conditions”.
The project has financed 21 enterprises. Total budget of the family enterprisers made up 282 322 GEL. The companies have employed 65 domestic residents.
The objective of the project: Strengthening 10 villages in the area of construction of HPPs in the Khulo and Shuakhevi Municipalities through formation of family enterprises and development local business activities in the target villages.
The organization is implementing the project jointly with the Institute of Democracy.
Adjaristsqali Georgia company is implementing the Shuakhevi HPP project in Highland Ajara. The construction works will end in a year and the country will receive 197 megawatt clean energy.
