Activeness is declined at the real-estate market in November.

National Agency of Public Registry has made 44 123 registration transactions in the mentioned month, which is less by 5,1% comparing to October. However, the growth totals to 3% y-o-y.

It should be noted, that decline is fixed comparing to October on the secondary as well as primary registration transactions (3.0%).

As for the annual statistics, primary transactions of the real estate are increased by 19,6% comparing to November, 2014, while the secondary deals are declined by 0,3%.

Primary registration transactions have mounted to 8 288 in November, 2015, whereas the secondary transactions – 35 835, which means that 81.2% of registrations transactions are secondary, while 18.8% – primary.
