Winning Competition for Modernization of Ticketing System Proves Advantage of Bank of Georgia

Bank of Georgia has released a statement to inform that the bank occupies leading position in the field of payment services.

The bank owns a major network of ATMs, self-service terminals, internetbank, mobile bank and telephone station.

The bank has won the tender announced by Tbilisi City Hall to modernize payment system in municipal transport, buses, cable cars and underground stations. Bank of Georgia will provide payment services in the mentioned fields for a period of 10 years.

“Winning in the auction proves advantage of Bank of Georgia and its potential to supply the most optimal, modern, simple payment products and ensure further strengthening of the bank’s leading positions on consumer market”, Bank of Georgia director general Kakha Kiknavelidze said.
