Top Managers Withdraw from TBC Capital

Top managers Avtandil Gigineishvili and Levan Shanidze have quited TBC Capital.

They were appointed as managing directors at the beginning of the previous year and led TBC Bank’s investment banking direction that offers corporate consultations, research and brokerage services to the market.

The company does not specify reasons Gigineishvili and Shanidze have quited the company. New managing directors will be named in a week.

Avtandil Gigineishvili has worked as a managing director for Jefferis International and led the assets management department, represented a managing team for 3bln USD assets of Europe’s and US institutional and retail segment clients. He is also member of supervisory board of Georgian Stock Exchange (GSE).

Levan Shanidze, managing director of Silverhorn Investment Advisors has managed a leading microfund in Hong Kong. He has worked for leading companies  Nomura, Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan and Jardine Flemings.
