Mamuka Khazaradze, founder of TBC Bank, does not share the views, expressed at America-Georgia Business Council’s 20th Annual Conference, on the lack of financial resources. He believes that Georgian financial sector deserves a higher estimation.
In his conversation with the TV-program “Sakmis Kursi”, he has focused on the higher financial accessibility of the banking sector (per capita), which is added by the microfinance sector. According to the businessman, difficulties may mean accessibility on the cheap resource and there are significant shifts in terms of simplification, rates are reduced, tendency is positive and it requires some time.
Mamuka Khazaradze also highlighted the upward trend of international ratings of the country; investment environment is improving from year to year. He noted that all presentations are now started directly by introduction of business environment, while earlier all events have been beginning by claiming how good and safe environment is in Georgia.
