Bank of Georgia plans to introduce an entirely new service with the aim to promote small and medium business sectors.
To further simplify business startup process, Bank of Georgia service centers will accept applications for registration of individual entrepreneurs and LLCs. Several service centers will start accepting applications starting June 18, while all service centers of Bank of Georgia will join the process on July 1.
All physical bodies, who want to get registered as an individual entrepreneurs, are able to fill out registration applications at Bank of Georgia service centers.
It is noteworthy that the first 1000 individual entrepreneurs will not pay a registration fee. The registration fees will be covered by Bank of Georgia. Clients will have to pay the fee only for accelerated registration. The registration fee amounts at Bank of Georgia service centers are identical to the fees at Public Registry.
