More than 60% of Georgian Banking Sector is Traded Under Premium Listing

Receive of TBC Bank in a premium listing of London Stock Exchange (LSE) has been celebrated.

The official event was attended by MamukaKhazaradze, chairman of Supervisory Board of TBC Bank, representatives of the banks, Dimitri Kumsishvili, minister of Economy and Koba Gvenetadze, president of NBG.

“Premium Listing for TBC Bank means unlimited possibility of development, expansion of the investor base and prospect growth of shares’ liquidity, while for the domestic market, TBC will become more stable, offering services by the bank managed with highest standards”, – Mamuka Khazaradze, chairman of Supervisory Board of TBC Bank noted.

TBC Bank shares are traded on London Stock Exchange since 2014. However, the bank showed best corporative management results through those two years and confirmed that it the company with the highest standards, which deserved to receive the highest segment on LSE. TBC Bank shares should be accessible for big and influential circle of investors.
