Lado Gurgenidze will Remain Chairman of Liberty Bank for One More Year

Lado Gurgenidze will remain at Liberty Bank, according to news agency GBC.

On December 18Georgia’s Liberty Bank will hold a shareholders meeting to renew the contract with Lado Gurgenidze as the Chairmain of the Board and plans to remain as Chairman of Liberty Bank for 1 more year.

The shareholders meeting will also discuss the possibility of electing a Kazakh citizen Nurlan Abduov for the vacant position at Liberty Bank’s Supervisory Board.

Patarkatsishvili-family affiliated Goga Kalandarishvili and Irakli Rukhadze had unexpectedly left Liberty Bank’s Supervisory Board last week.
